Returns
- Eligibility: Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@ziiroca.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions and address.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the item is defective or you received an incorrect order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over £50.
Refunds
- Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ziiroca.com.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at support@ziiroca.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are non-returnable, such as gift cards and bespoke or custom-made items, which cannot be resold.
- Gift cards are ineligible for return, given their virtual nature and existing usage policies.
